Why here

The neighborhood is part of the shop.

The Village of the Arts has been a live-work-play-art district since 1999. Artists, makers, galleries, food and drink, specialty shops, healing arts, murals, and small businesses are spread through a real neighborhood, not sealed inside a shopping center.

We want the shop to make sense with the place around it: somewhere you can walk in with an idea, meet the person doing the work, discover someone else's work next door, and leave with another reason to come back.

Come wander

Make a Village day of it.

Art Walk weekends are the best time to explore: more doors are open, and the streets fill with art, music, food, makers, and visitors.

Find the studios

Original art, working studios, murals, handmade objects, galleries, and small shops are tucked all through the neighborhood.

Stay awhile

Independent restaurants, cafés, and breweries make wandering with no particular plan a perfectly good plan.

Talk to people

A live-work district is at its best when the doors are open. Meet the people who make, cook, paint, repair, sell, and perform here.

Planning a visit? Village businesses keep their own hours, and event details can change. Check the Village of the Arts' official site before you go.
